My name's Ali. Initially, I was on track to be a footballer. When that didn't work out, I was left with no A-levels, a sports degree nobody wanted, and a family full of dentists who thought I'd lost the plot.
I fell into sales almost by accident. No training, no scripts, no mentor – just me and a phone. And at the start, I was terrible.
So I did the only thing I could think of – I recorded every call, listened back, and fixed one mistake at a time until it clicked.
When I was trying to learn, all I could find were American coaches with pushy scripts that didn't translate, and people who'd been closing for three months and decided that was enough to start teaching.
Nothing was built for the UK. Nothing was personal to my situation.
Fast forward to today I'm the Sales Director at Smile White. I've hired, trained and managed over 400+ sales reps, and last year the team generated around £85 million in revenue – all by the time I turned 20.

Max: £9/hr → £17,000/mo
When Max found me he was 21, earning £9/hr and living off £100 a week. He'd already burnt money on dropshipping, dabbled in crypto and ecom, and was about to drift into uni simply because everyone else was.
Within his first few weeks of landing a sales role, his weekly earnings had already surpassed what he used to take home in a month.
Six months later he was averaging £17k/month – best month £22k. He's since bought his dream £60k Mercedes in cash and travels nearly every other month of the year.
